This Employee Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information relating to our employees, contractors, consultants, and interns across both our U.S. and India operations.

- Future reference or re-hiring (with your consent) After that, your data is securely deleted or anonymized. Typical retention period:
- Active employees: duration of employment + up to 7 years after
- Contractors: duration of engagement + up to 5

Monitoring is limited, proportionate, and always in compliance with local laws.

Every employee is expected to:

- Avoid unauthorized sharing or downloading of sensitive
- Report suspected data breaches immediately to IT or Privacy is a shared responsibility — yours and ours.
